Deep State Coup Against American People! Trump: “I Have Been Indicted, Again”, Biden Orders Presidential Frontrunner To Be Jailed This Tuesday

President Donald Trump on Thursday posted on Truth Social that he’s been indicted, “seemingly over the Boxes Hoax,” and that he’s been summoned to appear at the Federal Courthouse in Miami on Tuesday at 3 pm.

The former US president says he’ll face federal charges in “Boxes Hoax” next week. Former US president revealed that the federal government intends to charge him over the alleged mishandlig of classified documents

Former US president Donald Trump revealed on Thursday that the federal government intends to charge him over the alleged improprieties involving classified documents, calling it a “Boxes Hoax.”

“The corrupt Biden administration has informed my attorneys that I have been indicted,” Trump said in a post on his social media platform Truth Social. The 45th president added that he received a summons to appear at a federal court in Miami, Florida next Tuesday.

The US Department of Justice has not commented on the matter.

The Justice Department indicted Trump on federal charges on Thursday in Jack Smith’s classified documents case.

Biden has no chance against Trump in 2024 so his DOJ got to work locking up his political opponent.

Trump told his supporters he will plead not guilty at Tuesday’s arraignment in Miami.

“I am an innocent man,” Trump said after he was informed he had been indicted by Biden’s DOJ.

The “boxes hoax” appears to be a reference to the boxes of documents the FBI seized last August at his Mar-a-Lago residence. The DOJ has said that the former president may have improperly taken some classified documents with him after leaving the White House in January 2021.

Trump has pointed to the fact that the current president turned out to have hundreds of boxes with classified documents – from his time as Barack Obama’s VP – at the University of Delaware, University of Pennsylvania, offices in DC, and “documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, and which is ‘secured’ by only a garage door that is paper thin, and open much of the time.”

“I am an innocent man!” Trump insisted. “I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former president of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting president in the history of our country, and is currently leading, by far, all candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in polls of the 2024 presidential election.” Read More

According to the NY Times, Trump faces seven charges and is expected to surrender himself to authorities in Miami on Tuesday.

Donald Trump via Truth Social:

The corrupt Biden Administration has informed my attorneys that I have been Indicted, seemingly over the Boxes Hoax, even though Joe Biden has 1850 Boxes at the University of Delaware, additional Boxes in Chinatown, D.C., with even more Boxes at the University of Pennsylvania, and documents strewn all over his garage floor where he parks his Corvette, and which is “secured” by only a garage door that is paper thin, and open much of the time.

I have been summoned to appear at the Federal Courthouse in Miami on Tuesday, at 3 PM. I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former President of the United States, who received far more votes than any sitting President in the History of our Country, and is currently leading, by far, all Candidates, both Democrat and Republican, in Polls of the 2024 Presidential Election. I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!

This is indeed a DARK DAY for the United States of America. We are a Country in serious and rapid Decline, but together we will Make America Great Again!

Meanwhile, the NY Times writes;

Here’s what to know:

The indictment reaches back to the end of Mr. Trump’s term in January 2021, when the documents — many of which were said to be in the White House residence — were packed in boxes along with clothes, gifts, photos and other material, and shipped by the General Services Administration to Mar–a-Lago.

After lengthy efforts by the National Archives throughout much of 2021 to get Mr. Trump to turn over the material he had taken with him — considered government property under the Presidential Records Act — Mr. Trump turned over 15 boxes of material in January 2022. The boxes turned out to contain highly sensitive material with classified markings, prompting a Justice Department investigation.

Last August, federal agents descended on Mar-a-Lago to conduct an extraordinary search that turned up material that Mr. Trump had failed to turn over in response to a subpoena months earlier demanding the return of any classified documents still in his possession.

The Justice Department has repeatedly questioned Mr. Trump’s level of cooperation with the efforts to recover the documents, saying that it had recovered more than 100 documents containing classified markings even after an attestation by one of Mr. Trump’s lawyers that a “diligent search” by his legal team had not turned up any further materials.

Mr. Trump still faces other ongoing criminal investigations. They include Mr. Smith’s inquiry into Mr. Trump’s efforts to hold onto power following his election loss — and how they led to the Jan. 6, 2021, assault on the Capitol — and an investigation by a prosecutor in Georgia into his attempts to reverse his 2020 election loss in that vital swing state. Mr. Trump is scheduled to go on trial in the Manhattan criminal case next March.

According to sources familiar with the case, the DOJ declined to delay the planned indictment of Trump to investigate allegations that a senior prosecutor on the case tried to influence a key witness by discussing a federal judgeship with the witness’ lawyer, Just the News reports.

Mark Levin on Trump Indictment: “THIS IS AN INSURRECTION!… SICKENING! Don’t Be Bamboozled! – THERE IS NO LAW! IT IS WAR ON TRUMP!” (Video)

Author, TV and Radio host Mark Levin joined Hannity on Thursday night to respond to the news of President Trump’s indictments on the Record’s Act and obstruction charges. This took place all while the Department of Justice ignores the illegal classified documents stolen by Joe Biden going back to 1974 that Joe held in his homes, offices, and open garage.

Mark Levin speaks for all of the Americans:.

President Trump is 76 years old. If the Department of justice gets his way, he will die in federal prison just by one of these counts. Conspiracy to obstruct justice, which has a 20 year maximum sentence. This is a disgusting, disgusting mark on American history for the future to come by. The these bandits in the White House, by the Democrat Party that don’t play fair anymore. They don’t want to just win elections. They want to take control of this country. They want one party rule and they have used the Department of justice and the FBI to get what they want. Merrick Garland is a mob lawyer. That’s what he is. Jack Reed (Smith) is a rogue Soviet style prosecutor. The Presidential Records Act is not a criminal statute and it was never intended to be. The Espionage Act of 1917 was passed under Woodrow Wilson, another corrupt president. Woodrow Wilson used it to go after his adversaries and they imprisoned 2000 people. So I suppose over there at the Department of Injustice and this clown prosecutor spent a lot of time at The Hague, they probably figured these laws could be used to try and entrap Trump…

…There’d be no obstruction issue of any kind. Not even in anybody’s imagination had they not criminalized this case. This is a document case. A document case where a President of the United States or a former President faces 100 years in federal prison. Is this some kind of a sick joke on the American people? Joe Biden says he never told them what to do. Joe Biden had to sign off on that’s becoming a National Archives case to have it go to the Department of justice. Who does he think he’s lying to? The American people. This is a guy that’s got documents from the time he was in the US senate, for God’s sakes, in his garage. I don’t want to hear from the legal analysts, the technicalities about false statements and obstruction. This should never have been a criminal case. Willful retention of documents. Well, what’s the unwillful retention of documents mean? They’re throwing all these process crimes and all these crimes that grow out of the criminal investigation against Trump. What did he do with the documents? Did he sell them to the enemy? No. That’s why we have an Espionage Act, not the trick of a President.

Here is Mark’s entire statement.

They indict Trump the same day that credible evidence emerges that Biden took a $5 million bribe to alter US foreign policy while he was VP.

Do you understand what is happening yet?

On Monday, Trump said via Truth;

Trump was indicted last month in Manhattan on allegations that he falsified business expenses to conceal hush money payments to a porn star.

As Techno Fog notes via The Reactionary;

After years and years of prosecutorial and investigative abuses and crimes, the Department of Justice has finally indicted Trump. In doing so, the DOJ has inserted itself into the 2024 presidential election, again disenfranchising millions of voters. It’s a sad day for the country and a sobering day for those who wish for the equal administration of justice.

And as Just the News notes, no prior sitting US president has ever been indicted in federal court. If the grand jury accepts the case, it will spark an unprecedented legal battle which will undoubtedly make its way to the Supreme Court, while casting a shadow over the 2024 election. According to some polls, Trump leads the GOP field by as many as 50 points.

Trump’s defense

According to the report, “Trump’s lawyers have prepared a robust defense based on months of legal research, anticipating Smith might pursue charges. Trump’s lawyers are prepared to argue that a president had broad powers under the Constitution to keep documents or declassify without any fanfare documents from his presidency and take them with him upon leaving office.”

They will rely heavily on a U.S. District Court case in Washington more than a decade ago involving former President Bill Clinton that concluded a president had broad and mostly unchallengeable power to determine which documents from his presidency can be kept personally and that any documents moved to Trump’s homes in Mar-a-Lago, Fla., and Bedminster, N.J., fall under that category.

An American Bar Association report in 2022 seemed to agree with Trump’s assertion that “guidelines support his contention that presidents have broad authority to formally declassify most documents that are not statutorily protected, while they are in office.” -Just the News

Prosecutors, meanwhile, plan to counter by arguing that constitutional authority doesn’t extend to documents that contain National Defense Information.

The ex-president faces up to 20 years in prison on the most serious counts in an indictment over his handling of state secrets

Former US President Donald Trump has been hit with a 37-count criminal indictment alleging that he purposely retained classified documents after leaving office, conspired to prevent them from being returned to federal authorities and showed state secrets to other people.

The charges were unsealed on Friday, detailing the government’s allegations against the former commander-in-chief. CNN and other US media outlets first reported on the indictment on Thursday, saying Trump faced seven charges. He’s scheduled to be arraigned in Miami on Tuesday.

The historic federal indictment – the first against a former US president – deepens America’s political divide at a time when Trump is polling as the top candidate for the Republican Party’s 2024 presidential nomination. Republicans have accused President Joe Biden of weaponizing the legal system to take out his top political rival heading into next year’s election. Ironically, it came to light in January that Biden had improperly retained classified documents at multiple locations, including the garage at his home in Delaware, for years.

“Today is indeed a dark day for the United States of America,” said US House Speaker Kevin McCarthy, the top-ranking Republican in Congress. “It is unconscionable for a president to indict the leading candidate opposing him. Joe Biden kept classified documents for decades. I and every other American who believes in the rule of law stand with President Trump against this grave injustice.”

Most of the charges against Trump concern his retention of state defense secrets, some of which he allegedly showed to other people on at least two occasions. He also stands accused of conspiring to obstruct justice and conceal classified records. His valet, Walt Nauta, also was indicted in the case, for allegedly conspiring with his boss to hide the records from investigators.

Trump has claimed that he did nothing wrong and that unlike Biden, whose classified documents were from his years serving as vice president, he had the power to declassify the records in his possession. “I’m an innocent man,” Trump said on Thursday. “I never thought it possible that such a thing could happen to a former president of the United States.”

Trump made history in April as the first former US president to be indicted on state criminal charges. A 34-count case against him in New York City accuses him of falsifying his business records. He faces two other pending criminal investigations – one concerning his alleged efforts to overturn his 2020 election defeat in Georgia, the other focusing on his alleged role in the January 2021 US Capitol riot.

Jack Smith, the special counsel appointed by the US Department of Justice to investigate Trump’s handling of classified records and his alleged instigation of the Capitol riot, said he will seek a speedy trial in the documents case. “We have one set of laws in this country, and they apply to everyone,” Smith said on Friday. “Applying those laws, collecting facts, that’s what determines the outcome of the investigation.”  Read More
