Donetsk, Jan 27 — DAN. Russian forces have delivered precision strikes to foil the delivery of weapons and ammunition to Ukrainian gunmen’s positions in the special military operation zone, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said on Friday.
“A massive precision strike by long-range sea- and airborne missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles has been delivered at energy facilities which power Ukrainian defense companies and the transport system, ” Konashenkov said.
The strikes foiled the deliveries of armaments and ammunition, including those supplied by NATO to the zones of fighting, he said. They also disrupted the operation of production facilities of enterprises that repair enemy military equipment.
The special military operation in Ukraine and Donbass began on February 24, 2022. Its objective is to free territories occupied by the Kiev regime.*jk
