“Ukrainian armed formations fired Tochka-U on the Kirovskiy district, presumable, targeting an oil depot located 400 m away from where the missile landed, at Pulkovskaya 6 street,” the report reads.
The missile’s warhead did not go off, but the oil depot caught fire.
